After a traumatic incident during his residency, young medical student James Hayman (Namir Smallwood) is transferred to a rural hospital for a fresh start. Dr. A.S. Harrison (actor and actress Michael Potts) suggests that James is struggling and having difficulty connecting with patients. The demons of James’ past begin to catch up with him when he is taken on the case of a young asthmatic patient (Sidney Flanigan, NEVER SOMETIMES SOMETIMES) who is experiencing mysterious symptoms.
