Media commentator Muncie Daniels must fight for his innocence and his life after stumbling upon a murder deep in the Poconos. Colman Domingo’s first starring role on television. I just started watching it and it’s probably a 6-8. I just wanted to come here and point out how weird these ratings are. Either 10 or 5 and under. It seems like people either love it or hate it with no middle ground. Personally, I think it’s solid so far but not overwhelming. Some aspects are really engaging while others are a bit predictable or boring at times. The acting is decent and the pacing is good, although the film could use more depth in some areas. Overall, I wouldn’t give it a full 10, but it definitely deserved more nuance than I’ve seen in these reviews. It’s a watchable show with potential that could get even better as time goes on. Let us hope that we can find a better balance as we move forward.
