Story
Growing up in the Amazon rainforest has given Autumn a rare friendship: she finds a lost jaguar cub named Hope. When a tragic event forces Autumn to leave Hope behind for the unknown in New York City, she dreams for years of returning to the rainforest and her friend. At 14 years old and accustomed to city life, Autumn discovers that her childhood city is under threat from animal traffickers and decides she must return to the Amazon to reunite with her beloved jaguar. Anja (Emily Bett Rickards), Autumn’s beautifully chaotic biology teacher, tries unsuccessfully to dissuade her from this reckless plan. Accompanied by Anja, Autumn embarks on a journey to reunite with Hope and save her from those who seek to destroy the rainforest and its wildlife.
