Story
Art the Clown is set to wreak havoc on the unsuspecting residents of Miles County as they peacefully drift off to sleep on Christmas Eve. Director Damien Leone said several major studios have expressed interest in financing the film based on the unexpected success of Terrifier 2 (2022), even and without a full script, but he turned them all down because he is sure they would never let him shoot the opening scene himself, which he describes as "very controversial". Leone commented that the only reason he can be so uncompromising in his portrayal of horror and gore is because he finances his films independently, creates all the special effects himself to keep costs down and doesn’t have a major studio breathing down his neck to make the film more mainstream.. Mia mentions that it will soon be the 5th anniversary of the original massacre, but it happened on Halloween, and this movie taking place on Christmas 5 years later means that the anniversary only passed 2 months ago.. Julia’s Brother: Julia, I thought I was you said to stay away from my -[Art kills him with an axe] .

Listen: I’m not traditionally a bloodthirsty guy. So when my girlfriend asked me to watch the first two Terrifiers to prepare for this one, I wasn’t too excited. But this one, Terrifier 3, is special.

I’m serious when I say that I haven’t laughed so hard in a theater in a long time. Leave it to the clown’s deviant ridiculousness to make me smile! It’s so over the top, so bullshit, to the point where the kills get a little creative and intentionally hilarious that I can’t keep it up anymore. He is a truly special villain because he is as scary as he is funny. And Damien Leone struck gold with the clown art.
So much fun!
He is the slasher hero of 2020 without question. And this franchise will remain recorded as one of the greatest horror films. If you’re a horror fan, you definitely have to watch them all. Each of them has its own identity. The third one is my favorite although the second one might be the best and has the most classic scenes.
